Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

• Please contact us immediately.
• If the order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
• Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or rerouting.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is:

• Delayed in transit, please allow additional time before contacting us.
• Marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
• Lost in transit, contact us and we'll assist you in filing a claim when applicable.

Bangers Fight Club is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us @ bangersfightclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping package

We'll review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Bangers Fight Club currently ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
